The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to Auburn University. the room was spacious and had comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with sufficient towels and washcloths provided. the hotel also offered a mini-bar to enjoy. Despite the disrepair of the outside building and grounds, the available facilities and room advantages made the stay pleasant.

There was bad reception on the television.

It is dirty and roaches infested. I think the Franchise needs to review its contracts/franchise because there is no value for money. I was deeply disappointed with the services received and nothing for comfort. If there is any rating to be given it is below 3 and it should be closed down.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with rooms and common areas spotless. Nothing, the place was a dive and outdated. It was truly disgusting and they were charging 300.00 a night because it was a football week-end. I wish I would have taken pictures. I cancelled after the first night.

Price was good and location was excellent. Very near where we needed to be. Staff was very nice.

I had forgotten a razor and while there was a sign in our room to contact the front desk if we had forgotten anything, the front desk did not have a razor. Not a huge deal, but....

Condition of the motel was poor. Facilities were old, grimy, dirty and in disrepair.

It was available when I needed it and the staff were friendly. the location was convenient to where I needed to be on my business trip. They also offered free parking which was great.

The room was a disappointment. the bed sheets were too small and barely covered the mattress.

They said they didn't have any rooms for the price that I had paid online and upgraded my room for a higher price. The so called family suite was the worst room that I have ever seen. The furniture had cigarette burns on the chair and sofa. Every single piece of furniture had large stains on them and the towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them. We complained about the room and the manager said they now had double rooms available if I wanted one of those rooms. We moved to another room and it was okay. The staff is very rude and the hotel is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we stay in a lot of hotels traveling for baseball.

The location was good. The staff was helpful and nice.

The hotel is run down in my opinion. It seemed dirty. The carpets were stained. There was dried vomit on the 2nd level outside by room 206-208. My kids said they did not feel safe with some of the quest out around the pool on saturday night. There was an odor in our room of some kind. Bottom line: The hotel needs updating and overhauling.

Absolutel a rip off - just because it is near Auburn university and the hotel just next to it - really outstanding is always full. So they decide to charge the same price. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been in in my 40 years of globe travelling - terrible breakfast, rooms have poor lightening, awful bathroom. dirty - beds are so uncomfortable - you can not sleep in them - I slept in the chair and thenm moved into my SUV as the air cond wasnt working and the heat - it was in the 80´s would recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and to whom recommended it to me
